WGCC is pleased to open nominations for the WGCC Vanguard Award Sponsored by ZSA, recognizing the exceptional achievements, leadership, and impact of a distinguished woman legal executive.
This annual award honours a General Counsel, Chief Legal Officer, or equivalent senior legal leader who exemplifies excellence in the legal profession, demonstrates a strong commitment to ethical practice, and meaningfully advances women within the legal community. The award also recognizes active involvement in WGCC and a demonstrated commitment to mentorship, advocacy, collaboration, and inclusion.
Eligibility Requirements:
- A woman senior legal executive (GC, CLO, or comparable role), regardless of title.
- An active WGCC member in good standing for at least one full year prior to nomination and in good standing at the time of nomination.
- Demonstrated alignment with the values and objectives of WGCC, including collaboration and support of peer development.
- Self-nominations and co-nominations are welcome.
Nomination forms must be submitted on or before Tuesday April 7, 2026.
