Learn how to lead through uncertainty.  We strive to be leaders who can guide their team through challenging times. We will discuss the key ways to thrive within ambiguity and uncertainty. There is no more normal - there is an ongoing normal that will be created by leaders who can navigate change and lead through ambiguity.  The future of work is here and there are many learnings of the past that can help us shape strategy and leadership in the present and from there we can create the future. Using proven leadership models future of expert Cheryl Cran will share inspirational and practical ideas on how to succeed as a leader in times of ambiguity. In this session you will leave with:
