The 2024 National Conference, themed: THE UNIQUE CHALLENGES & OPPORTUNITIES OF WOMEN GCs, took place over 2 sessions.


When:  The SECOND segment of the Conference was held on Thursday June 6, 2024 at 1:00pm - 5:00pm (EST) followed by a cocktail reception from 5:00pm - 6:30pm

During our first segment, we heard from an expert about the latest insights and survey results regarding compensation disparities between men and women GC’s, insights in respect of the different challenges faced by women GC’s regarding promotion and advancement, and commentary with respect to the dynamic landscape of pay expectation, career transitions and job opportunities in the 2024 job market.

Panel Discussion & Breakout Sessions - How To Ask For What You Want (And Deserve)

In our second segment, we focused on the discussion on seeking outcomes as GC, from the right compensation, building your team, redefining the scope of a role, and getting a seat at the table. You had an opportunity to hear from other women GC’s and share your own perspectives in an interactive and thought-provoking discussion.
