During our first segment, we heard from an expert about the latest insights and survey results regarding compensation disparities between men and women GC’s, insights in respect of the different challenges faced by women GC’s regarding promotion and advancement, and commentary with respect to the dynamic landscape of pay expectation, career transitions and job opportunities in the 2024 job market.
