After working in the Healthcare industry for some time, Megan Gallagher stumbled into recruitment back in 2019 when she returned home from travelling.

She started her recruitment career in Cordant People specializing in temp recruitment within Logistics & Operations. Megan joined the Robert Walters Group in Dublin in 2020, specializing in recruiting Business Support functions across Dublin & Ireland. She worked her way up from Consultant to Manager within 1.5 years and in October of 2022, relocated to our Toronto office. She now specializes in recruiting top talent within the Legal, Compliance & Operations market.

Nathalie Clark & Shanin Lott

Nathalie Clark serves as Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Corporate Secretary for Aurora Cannabis Inc. In this role, Nathalie has leadership accountability for the Legal, Regulatory Affairs, Quality Assurance, Government Relations and Compliance, Risk & Assurance departments. Nat works closely with many of the leads in the different business departments in an advisory role as well as with the Board of Directors and sub-committees.

Nat has over 25 years of experience, during which she has held progressive executive leadership roles in Law, Compliance, Risk Management, Operations and Human Resources across retail and financial services. Nat was most recently the SVP, GC & Corporate Secretary at Computershare Canada where she led the legal function and served as the principal legal advisor to all Canadian lines of business, Operations and Shared Services functions, the Canadian Executive Team and the Computershare Trust Company of Canada’s Board of Directors. Prior to that Nat previously held senior roles at TD Securities, Capital One Bank and Canadian Bankers Association. Nat is a member of both the Quebec Bar and the Law Society of Ontario, has served on many boards, more recently as Chair of Women in Capital Markets and is currently serving as a member of the Board of Directors of Bevo Agtech Inc.


Shanin Lott partners with professional services clients, with a focus on law firms, to identify and develop forward-looking leaders. Based in Toronto and New York, she advises C - suites on executive searches, leadership assessment, team effectiveness, and culture analysis.

Shanin brings extensive experience advising high-performance, client-centric professional services firms in deeply competitive landscapes. Previously, she was the chief people officer for the Canadian region of Norton Rose Fulbright, and was instrumental in supporting the firm’s global people and culture strategy. In that role, she developed and executed the people strategy across functions, including talent attraction and development, performance, DE&I, culture and engagement, and HR operations. Shanin has also worked on extensive corporate culture audits. Before that, she led talent management and marketing and communications teams at Stikeman Elliott, a top-tier Canadian law firm. She has also practiced law in NYC and Canada ​Shanin holds a BA (hons) in English literature from the University of Windsor, and an LLB from the University of Ottawa. She is called to the bars of Ontario and New York.

Adrian Lang & Pinar Ozyetis

Adrian Lang is Chief Legal and Privacy Officer at Staples Canada, where she has accountability for all legal, regulatory and compliance matters. Prior to that, she was Head of Operations and Small Business Solutions at Bank of Montreal, where she led the integration and management of Small Business payment products, as well as managed operations for the cards business in North America and oversaw operational risk and compliance for the cards business.

Adrian also held roles as Head of Business Management for Personal and Commercial Banking, and Associate General Counsel, where she led the litigation team for P&C Canada. Adrian was awarded the Canadian General Counsel Award for Litigation Management in 2015, and her team was awarded Litigation Team of the year by Benchmark Litigation.

She also received the 2015 Community Builder Award from the Canadian Corporate Counsel Association. Prior to joining the bank, she was a partner with Stikeman Elliott’s Toronto litigation group, where her practice focused on commercial, securities and class action litigation. Adrian was repeatedly recognized as a leading lawyer by Lexpert® Benchmark Canada and Best Lawyers and was recognized by Lexpert® in 2008 as one of the "Leading Lawyers Under 40". Ms. Lang currently serves on the Board of War Child Canada and the Board of Women General Counsel Canada.

She has served on numerous other boards, including the Advisory Board of the Class Action Defenses Quarterly, the Board of Governors for Royal St. George’s College (where she was also Chair of the Governance Committee), The Advocates' Society, the Advisory Board of Young Women in Law, Canadian Stage Company (where she was also Chair (2013-15), and the YWCA Toronto. She was a Vice Chair for the 2017 Princess Margaret Ride to Conquer Cancer. She is a graduate of the Institute of Corporate Directors’ Directors Education Program and has her ICD.D designation. 

As General Counsel, Pinar Ozyetis oversees all legal matters for StackAdapt on a global scale, including commercial, corporate, privacy, compliance, and intellectual property matters. She strives to weave principles of integrity, positivity, and collaboration into every interaction to help build strong teams and excellent corporate performance.

Pinar’s recent recognitions include being one of 2023’s Top Women in Media and Ad Tech and being a Finalist for the Canadian General Counsel Awards for the Blakes Judy L. Wilson Diversity Award, and in 2022 being a Finalist for the Top 25 Most Influential Lawyers in Canada. Before joining StackAdapt, Pinar was General Counsel and a corporate officer of another major Canadian company in the advertising / marketing space, and prior to that spent 12 years with a Toronto law firm where she was a partner in the Business Law group.

Pinar is passionate about giving back; she has acted as Executive sponsor to several women’s initiatives, as director and corporate secretary to an environmental not-for-profit, volunteered as a gardener at the Toronto Botanical Gardens, and occasionally guest lectures and serves as a mentor to undergraduate students in various programs. Pinar holds a Hons. Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto and a law degree from the University of Western Ontario.
