Panel Discussion in Partnership with Fasken

This year’s International Women’s Day theme is “Inspire Inclusion”. The panel will discuss the recent push-back on equity, diversity and inclusion and how now is not the time to step back but rather double down on EDI efforts. As organizations navigate growing social issues/tension, the exponential growth of AI and technology, and increasing stakeholder expectations (investors, talent and customers), understanding how EDI can help support healthy cultures, reduce risk and enhance performance will be critical to sustainable organizational growth. The panel will share practical insights on how organizations can approach their business with an inclusion mindset to be better prepared to navigate in our ever-changing environment.
