Women GCs Mentoring Women GCs

Mentee Registration: 

WGCC is excited to announce the launch of our inaugural WGCC Mentorship Program, as part of our commitment to help women general counsel succeed professionally.

Many of our Members mention the value of having support as they move into executive legal positions, and the benefit of meeting and learning from Members who are more tenured in their roles. In response to the unique needs of our Members, we are launching our inaugural "Women GCs Mentoring Women GCs”  which will pair senior GC’s (Mentors)  with GC’s new in their role (Mentees), to share career challenges and leverage experiences.

Mentee Registration (February 1 to 26, 2021) Members with less than 3 years experience as a general counsel are invited to register. In our first year, we will welcome 12 Mentees, selected on a first-come basis.

Mentorship Period (March to December 2021) Members who have been selected as Mentees will be introduced in early March to their Mentors and provided with details of the program kick-off.
